Refund policy

At Kerizz Fragrance Dorm, every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. Because perfume is a personal-care product, we have to be careful about what we can take back — but we always want you to be happy with your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery fee.

Change of mind

We can accept a return or exchange for change of mind within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unopened, unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Opened or used fragrances, testers and gift sets with broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
